Yesterday I began a bit of a workout challenge, more of a lifestyle shift. Last week I focused on getting my eating habits back in order... less processed stuff, more protein and good stuff. Now I'm giving myself the opportunity to work out everyday (on a mat) for at least half an hour, until at least the end of June. I don't care about how intense it is, I just need to move! Ideally, going for a walk or skateboarding is additional and doesn't count for this 30min, but I'm not being too strict about it... I think the mindset finally clicked for me that exersizing will improve my life a lot, and is not a hastle. It is a blessing that I have space to move around in, and a body that can do more than I know.
